Now, did I mention how much I HEART Marks & Spencer's food?! Seriously, so utterly yummy and completely convenient on days when you just cannot handle a lot of preparations. So today, as BF was at work, Nahla was tired and teething, and I was still in a blissed out state post hair appointment, we opted for roasted vegetable quiche from M&S, my very easy and yet super-yummy warm potato salad and some fresh salad on the side- oh, and a glass of red as well. The resault: Dinner-In-A-Hurry- and, if I must say so myself, not half bad either!
