A clearly over-the-moon Jamie Oliver took to Twitter yesterday evening to share both the news, as well as pictures, of his newborn son, Buddy. Earlier this year, when announcing the new baby on the way, Jamie said he was hoping for a little boy to join daughters Poppy Honey, eight, Daisy Boo, seven, and one-year-old Petal Blossom Rainbow. "It would be great to have a boy, as I am in a totally oestrogen-filled house. But I really don't mind as long as it's healthy."
So it's no wonder the 35-year-old celebrity chef tweeted about his joy following the birth and revealed they had decided to call their son Buddy, a name that fits perfectly in with his sisters flower-themed names. Jamie tweeted: "It's a baby boy guys !!! im shock, were all very happy, mum was amazing and both are well and happy x4 kids!! what?!"
Jamie and Jools spotted leaving for the hospital yesterday afternoon.
