Finally! After rumor mills have been in overdrive practically since she walked down the aisle in THAT dress, Kate has finally admitted that; YES; SHE IS INDEED PREGNANT! And although currently hospitalized with severe morning sickness, I am sure that when she is back in form again, she will be out there rocking maternity designer wear with the best of them!

 And I am grateful for a little inspiration, because frankly; just looking to Coleen Rooney - who is due in May like myself - for some bump-wear ideas, will get to you pretty soon. There is only so much orange tan, fur collars and leopard prints a girl can take....

My Terrible Blog Absence...

... has a pretty awesome excuse. This little thing has been making me alternate between sick and tired for the last 14 weeks - but finally it looks like the second trimester feeling-good-mode has kicked in, and I am back in business. Nahla is going to be a big sister in May, and we feel happy, blessed and so very very lucky.

Here's Penelope Scotland!

Nwahh! Finally the world gets a look at the newest Kardashian (well, Disick)! Little Penelope Scotland, who was born a month ago in Los Angeles, made her debut on the cover of this week's Us Weekly, alongside mama Kourtney and big brother Mason. 

- Nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her, gushed the new mother-of-two to the magazine.

And who can blame her! How cute is little Penelope?!

The only thing; I am already missing Kourt's more than fabulous maternity wardrobe!

It's A Boy!

It looks like the stunning Jennifer Garner really WAS seeing blue! Reports have come out today that the actress and her husband Ben Affleck welcomed their third child - a boy - in the early hours of this morning. From before the couple are parents to Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3, who are probably over the moon about their brand new baby brother! Congrats to this gorgeous family!

More Hollywood Baby News

She was never my favorite on The Hills - and no worthy replacement to Lauren - oh Lauren - but that does not mean that I don't get excited about another candidate for some serious baby bump spotting. And not to mention the maternity fashion Kristin Cavallari, 25, no doubt will be rocking.

There is as you must have gathered a baby on the way for the reality blonde and her on-again fiancé Jay Cutler. The expectant parents confirmed the big news to People magazine earlier today, saying, "We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together. It's an amazing time in our life and we can't wait to meet the new addition to our growing family."

Baby No. 2!

No, No, it's not me. At least not that I am aware of! But the always gorgeous Kourtney Kardashian on the other hand, has confirmed today that she is 9 weeks pregnant with baby no. 2.

In a statement to E! the yummy reality mama, 32, said: "Scott and I are so excited to announce that we are expecting our second child and are thrilled to be expanding the love in our family."
Kourtney first revealed the news to this week's issue of Us Weekly, and can be seen gracing the cover sporting a very tell-tale glow.

Kourtney and Scott, 28, already have a son Mason, who turns two on December 14.

iBaby!

I know it is almost a year since I first got my iPhone (Note: I have been an Apple girl for years, having long since fallen in love with MacBooks!), but it seems the amazing-ness of this little gadet just doesn't stop to amaze me.

I mean; Hello! What did people do before iPhones?! My most recent discovery (and AppStore purchase, off course), is the amazing Baby Monitor & Alarm app. Why, oh why did I not know of this before?! This is such a clever thing to have at your disposal, they really should inform you about it before you even leave the delivery ward!

In short; this app works just like a normal baby monitor, only way cooler off course. Steve Jobs, your legacy is pure awesome-ness! The idea is that you leave your phone in the room where your baby is sleeping. Monitor on. Then if baby cries. or stirs. Or, more like Nahla these days, tries to climb out of her cot and get up to all sorts, the über clever app calls a pre-programmed phone-number and let's you know something is up wih baby! How amazing is that?!

There are other cool features too, like the way you can record a lulluby that will go off to try and lull baby back to sleep before it rings the other phone. And you can off course customize the settings so that the alarm goes off at either 5, 10, 15 or 20 seconds of noise in the room.

Oh, and if your singing is less than calming, sure you can just have it play a pre-set song from your iTunes library! This app is so clever you would think it has children itself!

More happy baby news! A big congrats to my friends K and V who welcomed another little baby girl into the world today! We cannot wait to come meet you, little Alva! And Nahla is super-excited for her friend Blanka, who is now a big sister! The joys!

10 Days After Giving Birth...

... Alex Curran is back on the Liverpool social scene. And in her leather pants at that! In one way I am thinking fair play; Alex, you are flying the flag for fab mums and the ability to juggle motherhood and a social life, but another part of me is going: I would rather be at home with my brand new baby girl, and leave the social life for another couple of weeks. Happy medium, I guess.

Here's Hattie!

What a cute family! Reality stars Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott introduce their brand new baby girl, Hattie Margaret, in the latest issue of Us Weekly. The gorgeous little tot, who was born nearly a month ago now, on October 10th, turned out to be full of surprises according to her doting and loving mama:

"My water broke in the middle of the night!" Spelling, 38, tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out Friday).

"Six days before my scheduled C-section!"

According to the magazine, McDermott, 45, rushed his wife to L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as the contractions set in.
"I held his hand, and I thought I was going to crush it -- I felt every bump and turn!" Spelling recalls.
"I was, like, 'Oh, God, go slower!'"

God, I feel her pain! That sounds SO much like the way my labour went down! Only we were also snowed in and there was a blizzard!


It also turned out that little Hattie's early arrival wasn't the only curveball, according to her mama, who says she was "110 percent sure we were having a boy!"

"When the doctor held her up, he said, 'You guys were all wrong.' It was the biggest shock," the Beverly Hills 90210 alum tells Us. "I never thought girls would run this household. We outnumber the boys!"

The doting couple are also parents to son Liam, 4, and daughter Stella, 3.

"This baby wasn't planned, but it obviously happened for a reason," Tori explained. "Knowing we were bringing a third life into the world just enhanced our relationship." SO SWEET!

"The moment I had her, I looked at Dean and fell in love with him all over again."

I just felt my uterus twist; seriously! I want one more! Now. Then another one and another one and another one!

Today's Yummy Mummy (To Be) Style Crush

What a busy mama! The ever gorgeous (and growing!) Jennifer Garner looked blooming when she was spotted taking her two little ballerinas to a ballet class in Santa Monica, California, on Monday afternoon. Just the night before the actress lit up the red carpet at the Motion Picture & Television Fund's "Reel Stories, Real Lives" event and the AFI screening of her new film Butter.

Violet, 5, and Seraphina, 2 1/2, both looked adorable in their ballerina best. And as for their very pregnant mama, who is rumored to be expecting a son with hubbie Ben Affleck, the trio made for one cute family! Jen's due date has been kept a secret, but she is not looking as if she has too long to go now!

Admit It, Already!

Much has been speculated about Jessica Simpson and her alleged pregnancy. And Hollywood rumours are rife with the news thta she will not formally announce any pregnancy until she is paid enough money to reveal her happy news to the world by some tabloid or another. Funny; maybe budgets are low in People or OK lately?! Because when I spotted these pictures of the singer/reality star making her way through LAX airport yesterday, it seems there is a very slim chance she will be able to not say anything for much longer. Hello! Clearly that is a pretty noticable baby bump protruding through her very tight top?!

It's A Girl!

Finally! Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed a baby girl yesterday morning! The reality couple, who are already parents to Liam, 4, and Stella, 3, took to Twitter to announce the birth of their third bundle:

"Our family's so happy 2 announce tht 10/10/11 R baby girl Hattie Margaret McDermott was born at 7:08am! Xoxo"

Earlier this year Tori, who chose not to find out the sex of her third baby while pregnant, explained to Life & Style magazine:

"We're so blessed to have one of each that it's just…whatever we get. We just want a healthy baby."

And it looks like the lovely mama got just what she wished for!

Jen's Not Desperate

Jennifer Aniston has had to tolerate an aweful lot of baby speculations over the years. First it was the whole "Brad left because Jen wasn't ready for a family" issue. Then with every boyfriend since, jen has abrely had time to close the door on the first date before Hollywood rumour mills were rife with speculations that this guy was going to be the guy to fulfill Jen's desperate longing for a baby.

There has been reports of adopting and going it alone and misery as she watched BFF Courtney Cox enjoy motherhood with ehr daughter Coco. But according to Jen herself, none of teh rumours are true. About anything.

In the November issue of American Elle, the former Friends star sets the record straight - once and for all. And explains how she is perfectly happy with her life - with or without a child.

"But it's not what you read. There's no desperation," Jennifer tells the magazine of the variety of tabloid headlines that claim she's on a mission to start a family.

"If it's meant to be, it's meant to be. I'm at peace with whatever the plan is," she adds.

And yet even she spoke so candidly about her plans - or lack of - for motherhood, there was one issue Jen was less keen to discuss. New beau Justin Theroux.

"Will you hate me if I say I don't want to talk about my relationship?" No, Jen. We won't - some things should be kept sacred. And in any case, here is one mama who is Team Jen all the way!

Here's Haven!

Finally! Look who it is! Beautiful baby girl Haven Garner and her equally stunning mama and big sister graces the latest cover of OK magazine in this world exclusive.

Jessica Alba, 30, and her husband Cash Warren invited the magazine into their Los Angeles home for the first official pics of their brand new bundle. The happy couple - who met eight years ago on the set of Fantastic Four - chat to the magazine about Haven's unusual birth, living in a female-dominated household, and keeping their romance alive.

"When Haven was born, I fell in love all over again," says proud papa Cash. "It’s the most incredible experience."

"It was love at first sight," Jessica adds. "It did take a couple of days for it to sink in that I have another baby! We're incredibly blessed to have two healthy, sweet little munchkins." Lucky, lucky family.

The actress opens up about her birth story. "I wasn't screaming and hollering like you see in the movies but it was still intense... I didn't scream for either (birth) but I was definitely more uncomfortable with the second. Labour is painful." Second that, Jess!

She goes on to explain the meaning behind Haven's name, revealing the baby was born while still in the amniotic sac.

"When I delivered Haven she was born still inside the amniotic sac, which is rare," Jessica shares. "When I was in recovery we still hadn't chosen her name. Cash picked her up and said she came into the world in her 'safe haven' and it clicked right then for both of us...The doctor had never seen anything like it before. He grabbed the nurse and said: 'Look at this!' I was in the middle of pushing and he told me to hold on a minute and not to push! He was wearing basketball shorts and a T-shirt and said: 'Oh I have to get my scrubs on for this!' The sac burst on its own after she came out. It was a trip."

Jess went on to say that her dreams of a big family are coming true.

"All I ever wanted was to have a big family. There's probably a fantasy in there for Cash to have a boy who he can rough house with and play sports with because Honor is so girlie. Maybe Haven will be a little tomboy."

Tomboy or not, little Haven looks to be a total cutie like her big sis - who clearly had a fun time messing for the cameras!

Such a sweet family!

In case you are living under a rock; New York Fashion Week has been in full swing lately and images of dressed-to-thrill celebs have been filling every magazine and blog on both sides of the Atlantic.

And one very glamorous lady who recently announced her pregnancy seemed to be taking every opportunity to flaunt her bump in the latest fashions. Beyonce Knowles looked radiant as she rocked some seriously un-mumsy dresses over the last few days. The mum-to-be, 30, who is expecting her first child with husband and music mogul Jay-Z, is clearly making the statement that motherhood will not be the end of her love of fashion - and why should it!
