Simple Snack


As Nahla is having her first nap of the day, I am enjoying a combination of breakfast and lunch before we head out and get on with our day. My brunch today is as easy as it gets, yet super nice and (apart from the cheese maybe!), quite healthy. Toasted spelt bread, pesto, cherry tomatoes and roughly torn buffalo mozzarella cheese. Easy, fast and yum!
