A Raw Food Smoothie...


... is the perfect way to start the morning!

1 cup water
1 lemon (peeled but if it’s organic use one tablespoon of lemon peel)
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup dates (Remove the pits of course!)
1/2 stalk celery or a handful of parsley

Throw all raw lemonade smoothie ingredients in blender and blend away until smooth!
