It really really was a perfect day yesterday. Nahla's Christening, spent together with family, both mine and BF's, as well as close friends, was nothing short of amazing. The actual Chritening, that took place in the beautiful Frogner Church in Oslo, went great. Our little munchkin was the only baby being Christened that day so there was not masses of people in the church, but just enough to make it seem an event. Nahla was on her best behavior, knowing that all eyes were on her, and did not even cry as the priest poured water on her head.
After church we all walked up the Herregårdskroen in the beautiful Frogner Park, where we had dinner. I cannot find one single fault with this day. The weather was stunning, showing off Oslo from its very best side in honor of all our visitors from Ireland. The food was straight out yummy. The staff delightful. The presents the little lady got amazing. The company? The very best in the world! I pinched myself going to bed; how very very lucky we are to have such family and friends. So much love!
