Olivia Palermo really is the girl everyone loves to hate; and if you watch a few minutes of The City, you would know why. Spoilt rotten, obnoxious, annoying, rude- the list goes on. And the most annoying thing is this: the girl has an absolute amazing sense of fashion! Her wardrobe is seriously lust-worthy; jam-packed with couture candy! And when I spotted this picture of the reality star out and about in Paris, I nearly died. Seriously; how amazing is this dress!?! To quote Queen Rachel (Zoe) : I DIE!
