SJP's Super Toned Arms Work-Out...


How does Sarah Jessica Parker keep her arms so slim and toned? According to the busy actress the answer is quite simple: By carrying her 2-year-old daughters Loretta and Tabitha! hah, talk about fabulous multitasking! taking care of babies AND getting some exercise done? LIKE!

"My daughters insist on being carried at the exact same time," the actress revealed to U.K. talk show This Morning ealier this week. "They're like 25 pounds now each."

Twenty-five pretty freakin' adorable pounds, for sure though!

So many clever ways to squeeze in work out when you are a mum!
