All The Omegas



Into Nahla's evening porridge (the one we use is by plum and is full of superfoods like pomegranate and quinoa), this clever mummy sneaks a few drops of extra virgin linseed oil. It is packed with good fats - which babies and children need to help develop their brain - and delivers a solid vegan dose of Omega 3 and 6. And as for me? Two tablespoons into my morning smoothie keeps my skin nourished, my hair silky and my PMS non-existent!
