The camel coat, the fedora, the wellies; perfect perfect rainy day attire! The lucky actress was treated to a VIP shopping experience at the Ed Hardy boutique on Melrose Avenue. And with gifts like that, sure I wouldn't mind going to Penelope's for some Christmas morning brunch!
