The eldest of the Kardashian sister has been spotted out and about in NYC a lot lately. Kourtney and sister Kim are in the Big Apple to set up a new DASH store- and film their branch-out reality show Kourtney & Kim Take New York. The 31-year-old mom and her 10-month-old son Mason were spotted apartment hunting in New York City's Lower West Side on Wednesday, and as always both mother and son looked DASHing! I love love love Kourt's Carolina Herrera blouse- so cute!
