Hello Sunday!

We start as we mean to go on!

 Raspberry Smoothie a la Mummy and Nahla: 

  • A handful frozen organic raspberries 
  • 1/2 banana 
  •  A dash of organic greek yoghurt 
  • A splash of organic apple juice 
  • 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil 

 Throw in blender, whizz, pour, ENJOY!
