Freezing Cold Monday...

... and I would know, as I have just stepped back into the office after my second coffee-run of the afternoon! It is amazing just how much a latte warms you up though!

Yesterday...

... was spent at the park. And as we brought along Andreas and Therese, Mummy's 11 and 7 year old cousins and Nahla's idols, sure the fun was multiplied. And when we got tired from all the running around, sure we just made sure we made time for coffee for Mummy and hot chocolate for all the muchkins - and sure a sneaky brownie from Wayne's Coffee didn't go amiss either! Talk about blissful fun autumn day!

Tea With Honey...

... feels pretty amazingly yummy on a wet autumn day!

Admit It, Already!

Much has been speculated about Jessica Simpson and her alleged pregnancy. And Hollywood rumours are rife with the news thta she will not formally announce any pregnancy until she is paid enough money to reveal her happy news to the world by some tabloid or another. Funny; maybe budgets are low in People or OK lately?! Because when I spotted these pictures of the singer/reality star making her way through LAX airport yesterday, it seems there is a very slim chance she will be able to not say anything for much longer. Hello! Clearly that is a pretty noticable baby bump protruding through her very tight top?!

Today's Yummy Mummy Style Crush

Kourtney K. looked fab as always on a day out in NYC with her little Mason earlier this week. The reality mama rocked a H&M dress and some gorgeous statement jewellery as she was spotted toting her little tot around. And it looks like little Mase is getting some serious style tips from his daddy, Scott Disick. Such a sweet pair!

My Happy Girl...

... LOVES long walks in the crisp autumn sunshine!

We Explore...

... and explore all day through. Having a toddler is like seeing everything for the very first time again, everything is a novelty and everything is amazing. And I love love love being part of her world! Lucky lucky me!

Nothing Beats...

... that Friday feeling! I love the way the office just feels like Friday when this fabulous day rolls around. Cue the laid back brekfast meeting with food from the yummy organic bakery next door. The frequent trips out to grab take-away lattes. The flicking through piles of other magazines for "inspiration". The knowledge that in a few hours I am meeting up with Tonje, Emine and Nahla for a spot of shopping and dinner in town. And then head back home, all four of us, for an evening of girly bliss! Hey weekend; come on, we are ready!

89 Today...

... and still one of the coolest girls we know! My granny and Nahla's great-grandmother "Mor Ann" is turning the grand old age of 89 today, and we send all our thoughts up north to her and wish her the most amazing of days!

The Princess Obsession...

... has begun. Yesterday, as nahla and I were having a little brose through the trend departement at H&M (LOVING their new collection, btw, bought the most amazing wool shorts that will look amazing worn with opaque tights and killer shoe boots!), Nahla spotted a dress adorned with feathers and promptly shouted: "Look, mummy; a princess dress!" Which off course cuased the entire store to burst out laughing at the very image of this tiny little girl who is so well able to talk!

Speaking of, my little not-yet-22-month-old is now well able to count to 20 in two languages and can recognize several letters (Nahla's letter and Daddy's letter, which, in fairness, is the same letter. Mummy's letter and a couple more, which blows my mind!) and now speaks in full 6-7 word sentences! I am in awe at this, as I think I always though Nahla might be a little slower in the speech departement as she has to learn two languages from the start. But no, she just started speaking both - in what seemed like no-time! Nuts!

Anyway, back to the whole princess thing. Is it terrible that I now fear she is going to want to dress like, God forbid, Suri Cruise! All those aweful dresses and tacky toddler heels?! No way. It will in that case be a battle of wills between Mummy and nahla - and in teh fashion department; Mummy will make sure she wins!
