... is now only just over a month away (which still just shocks me! How did time fly by so quickly?!), and this mama is busy planning decor, food, sweets, party favors and other yummy stuff!

I Know, I Know...

.. it's only October. But still; I cannot help having started to get SERIOUSLY excited about Christmas! The very first Christmas spent in Ireland, in our house and with a baby that this year will understand so much more of what is going on! And as for the decor? I am thinking modern, cool and seriously glam! Roll on shopping frenzy!

I love love love these baby shower invitations by Minted! Now all I need is somebody to get pregnant so I can throw an almighty amazing baby shower - including sending out the sweetest custom made invitations. And trust me, there are like a million more super-nice designs to choose from, so I actually think my biggest problem would be choosing which one to go with.

Christmas...

.... is still 3 months away, but that doesn't stop me starting to plan this AMAZING season already. As BF and myself are spending our very first Christmas in our own house this year (my parents are coming too, which I am sooo happy about!), and I am actually, despite so many years in the country, going to spend my very first Christmas in Ireland, you can imagine the level of excitement! This centre piece caught my eye and I think it would make for a pretty perfect Christmas Eve dinner table decor. I LOVE not being too traditional, so little red santa's are totally out in our house. I have still to decide on this year's color theme, but I am feeling very pink. Or gold. Or, hmmm... Inspiration, come hither!

... are THE best way to spend a rainy afternoon! And having found the perfect new salad to try out - as well as this AMAZING new deli shop here in Naas, where I picked up the yummy lemonades and some to-die-for rustic bread, sure we are all set!

Now all I have to do is wait for someone to get pregnant so I can throw this utterly gorgeous party!
