An Instagram Snap...

... from a perfect father's day! And I am pretty certain BF/Daddy would agree! After all; he was treated to breakfast of cappuchino and cinnamon buns in bed, lots of cards and artwork Nahla mad made for him in play-school, lunch in gorgeous italian eatery Dunne & Crezensci, yummy cupcakes from Avoca and later on he will get a fabulous dinner of my homemade goat's cheese and red onion pizza! And as such an amazing daddy, he deserves the whole lot!

Disney Darlings

How can you not just HEART the Alba-Warrens?! They truly must be one of the sweetest families in Hollywood. And this weekend the cute foursome was spotted out and about again, this time paying a visit to Disneyland. Honor looked to be in utter heaven, as I imagine every 3-year old must feel when brought to The Happiest Place On Earth. And as for little Haven, all snug in her mamas arms, I am sure she thought it was all pretty awesome too!

Daddy Duty

It looks like pregnant mama Jennifer Garner was enjoying some much deserved me-time over the weekend, when hubbie and proud papa Ben Affleck was spotted taking his two adorable daughters out two days in a row. The actor, 39, looked relaxed and hands-on as he navigated a flea market in palisades, California, with Violet, 5, and Seraphina, 2, on Saturday. And yesterday the trio was out again, this time for a walk around the neigbourhood of Brentwood.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this seemingly so normal and sweet family!

Daddy's Little Girl

Ever since Nahla was born, I have often been moved to tears whenever I witnessed tender moments between her and BF. The bond between father and daughter so visible, so tender and so amazing; it always sends a shiver down my spine when I catch them sharing a cuddle. Or walking hand in hand. Or just playing on the floor, pink plastic toys scatterd between them.

And last night, as Nahla was chatting with her beloved Daddy on Skype (what did people do before Skype?!), this weepy Mummy was set off again. As we were saying our good-bye's and night-night's, Nahla all of a sudden went: "Lovelu, Daddy!" And delighted with the reaction from both Mummy and Daddy, kept saying it over and over again: "Lovelu, lovelu, Nahla lovely Daddy!"

Many "I love you's" have been said from us to her, but this was the first (of many, I hope!) from her. It was the most precious thing ever! And I think both Mummy and Daddy went to bed last night feeling very very lucky! Lovelu, Nahla!

Hello, Harper!

Look at those lovely chubby cheeks! Little Harper Seven was spotted out on her very first shopping trip over the weekend - and by the looks of it, the little tot took to it like a duck to water. Well, when you mama is Victoria Beckham, sure it would only be weird if she didn't!

Anyway, little Harper look like she was doted on not only by her besotted parents, but also by her older brothers, who all looked deligted when they got to help out pushing the pram and helping to carry her. Such a sweet family!

Did I Mention...

... that I am off to Paris with work in less than two weeks?! So so exciting! And as daddy/BF is picking Nahla up for five days of fun and Daddy/Nahla time in Ireland the very same day, sure what is not to love?! Mummy will get to yet again visit one of her very favorite cities and hopefullt do some work while down there, and Daddy and Nahla will get to have fun together, just the two of them - which is important, as i think when mummies are around they tend to take over a lot in the baby-management stakes, so that daddies just kind of feel they are not in charge as much. Which is why I think these days will be so good for all of us! My perfect, beautiful little family!

Daddy Days

Too cute for words! It looks like little Nahla Aubry, 3, was having lots of fun on a day out with her daddy, model and actor Gabriel Aubry. The pair was spotted leaving an L.A. jungle gym, and lucky for little Nahla, her daddy clearly has been hitting the gym, and is well able to swing her around - no jungle gym needed!

Although Aubrey and Nahla's mum, Halle Berry, are locked in a custody battle over their daughter, it seems like the pair are trying to keep it civil for the sake of their child:

"Our issues were never about fighting for her," the Oscar-winning actress explained in an interview recently. "We both know a child needs her parents. "

Too true.

Fourth Of July Family Fun

Not so much sex, drugs and rock'n'roll for these famous families as they celebrated America's Independence Day over the weekend.

Kourtney, Scott and little Mason were spotted out and about in Brentwood, where they did some shopping and met up with friends for brunch..

... whilst very pregnant Jessica Alba and hubby Cash Warren took 3-year old Honor to a local park for a little holiday play.

Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck and their adorable girls Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 2, looked like the picture perfect American family as they took to the streets to celebrate the national day.

In Honor Of Fathers Everywhere...

... the amazing Scott Schulman of über hot blog The Sartorialist did this sweet photoshoot in conjunction with cult American beauty brand Kiehl's. Love how sweet these images of fathers and their children are. In general there is something so special about seeing a man play with his child or children. Something about that tough masculinity that just melts away once in the company of their beloved children. So strong, so protective, so loving.

It is always that gamble, when you fall in love with someone, how will you know if they will make good fathers? A lot of men have never really had much interaction with babies until presented with their own, and many are outright frightened by these screaming wrinkly bundles when handed someone else's offspring. But then, I think, when their own newborn is placed in their arms, nature kicks in. Suddenly they are a father. Providers. Preotectors.

I remember when Nahla, all purple looking and so very brand new, was placed in BFs arms. He looked at her, she looked at him, and I just knew. I knew that, despite all his fears and worries and however unplanned and un-strategically timed this pregnancy had been, he was already crazy about her - and would always be. And ever since I keep finding myself looking at the two of them when together and just feel so lucky. This guy, who I barely knew myself when we all of a sudden found ourselves on the verge of parenthood, has turned out to be the very best daddy one could wish for. And his reward? A little girl who loves him to the moon and back. Lucky daddy. Lucky Nahla. Lucky me!

Cute Family Alert!

They are what can only be described as the royal Hollywood family of style. So it is no wonder then, that when Nicole Richie and husband Joel Madden took their cuter-than-cute kids out for some treats at Tom's Toys in Beverly Hills, the paparazzi went crazy. Harlow, 3, and lil' brother Sparrow, 1, rocked some pretty cute outfits - you just gotta love the little guy's cool duds and fauxhawk!

The cute family looked happy and carefree, and who wants to bet they are not ready to stop at just two little bundles of joy?! And why would they, when their genetic material seem to combined make such gorgeous babbas?!

It looked like they were out and about running some very happy errands when yummy daddy Cash Warren and his adorable Honor Marie, 2-1/2, were snapped out and about in L.A: over the weekend. The father daughter duo looked super-cool in their
coordinating sneakers, denim and plaid. Maybe they were looking for a little treat for mum, Jessica Alba, who is expecting her second child with Cash later this year?


It was father son day for Scott Disick and his little Mason Dash over the weekend, when the handsome pair was spotted without mama Kourtney Kardashian on Saturday. The duo hit a playground in a local park and looked like they were having a great time in the balmy spring weather.

London Lovelies

It was a family day out for celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, wife Jools and three of their four children over the weekend as they were spotted out and about in their Primrose Hill neighborhood. Poppy, 9 on Friday, Petal, 2 next month, and Buddy, 6 months tomorrow are all getting so big!

This is one busy family who looks like they have ben starting to embrace a lifestyle of living on two continents. Papa Jamie is set to revolutionize Los Angeles eating this year. Last spring, he starred in ABC's Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution where he worked to reform the eating habits of one of the Americas most unhealthy areas, Huntington, West Virginia. And he is back with a second season this spring, focusing on improving the foods served in schools and communities in L.A. Go Jamie!

Big Apple fun! Jessica Alba and her beautiful little family were spotted sharing some fun times in a NYC park over the weekend.
Little Honor Marie sure knows how to have good time as she messed around with daddy Cash Warren. Mama-to-be-round-two Jessica, who is due her second baby early autumn, watched on proudly.




Only a few weeks after giving birth to son Flynn, model-mama Miranda Kerr took to the catwalk again during Paris Fashion Week last week. The Victoria's Secret model, 27, was spotted with doting husband Orlando Bloom and her little bundle as the little family jetted out of Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris on Saturday. Proud Papa Orlando kept close watch over his beautiful little family. Nwahhh...

Whole Food Harlow

Cutie-pie Harlow got a ride in Daddy's cart yesterday, as the pair stocked up on groceries in their local Whole Foods supermarket. How cute are those curls?!

Yummy Mommy Nicole Richie recently revealed that she is quite strict when it comes to Harlow, 3, and her little brother, 1-year old Sparrow's, diet, saying that "sugar is obviously a big no-no."

The former reality star-now-turned fashion designer added that her hubby Joel Madden "is not on the same page as me," saying, "My kids don’t have dairy either, but Joel does take Harlow out and she comes back and I say, 'How was your dinner?' and she says, 'Good, we had pizza!'" Glad to see it's not only in our household we have diet differences!

Fabulous Fathers

Seriously, is there anything as cute as fathers and their children?? I think it must have something to do with that complete masculinity and yet that special tenderness that you have towards your own children. That love, that feeling of family, that is impossible to top.



Matthew McConaughey enjoyed a day at the beach with his incredibly cute children, Levi, 2 1/2, and Vida, 1, in Malibu over the weekend. And to say that Matthew, 41 (FORTY ONE! NUTS!) looks good would be somewhat of an understatement. The sports mad actor looked utterly content as he played in the surf and built sandcastles with his son and daughter. Longtime partner and yummy mummy Camilla Alves was not with the trio- maybe she was having a mommy-day off?!



Fatherhood becomes Orlando Bloom as the actor took his newborn son Flynn out for a walk in a Los Angeles park on Sunday. The Pirates of the Carribean star and his wife, lingerie model, Miranda Kerr, welcomed their firstborn child on January 6. The words proud as punch does not even begin cover the look on the new daddy's face as he cradles his little bundle of joy.
