The perfect way to start a sunny morning; a smoothie full of vitamins and all sorts of yumminess! Mine is as easy as they come.
1/2 banana (organic)
a splash of freshly squeezed orange juice (also organic)
a handful of frozen berries, whichever once you have handy, I used blackberries this morning
a couple of scoops of low-fat yoghurt. I alternate between soy and regular dairy.
Then whizz in a blender- I HEART my retro Kitchenaid one- and Voilá; ENJOY!
