Happy Happy Norway Day! This most Norwegian of days; it truly brings out a feeling of national pride, and when the sun is shining on still snow-capped mountains, flags are waving against a backdrop of green trees, marching bands are playing and my little cupcake is dressed in her prettiest summer-dress, my heart runeth over!
