Fashionable domestic life will only just about describe the oh-so amazing pictorial of Sarah Jessica Parker and family, shot by Mario Testino for the current issue of American Vogue. The 46-year old actress talks motherhood, time-management and working mothers in this rare glimps into her privat family life.
The Sex and the City actress looked elegant and demure as she watched over her two-year-old twin daughters, Marion and Tabitha, in a beautiful shot from the pictorial. I HEART the fact that the little dolls have the very same table and chairs as my own little munchkin!
The twins, who were born in 2009 via a surrogate, look suitably adorable in their little summery dresses and Mary-Jane shoes, as they play in a toyfilled and chaotic, but still oh-so-stylish kitchen.
The devoted mother-of-three playfully covers her ears in another frame, as she walks in on 8-year old son James and friends playing Rock Band.
Love what is obviously the girls' room! In SJP's next big screen role she plays Kate Reddy, busy career-mommy who struggles to manage her hectic schedule, adapted from Allison Pearson's bestselling novel, "I Don't Know How She Does It" from 2002. I for one cannot wait to see it, as I really enjoyed the book! And Sarah-Jessica, knee-deep in juggling motherhood with a career herself, explains to the magazine how she loved the script when she first read it, as she can "really relate to Kate!"
SJP and hubby Matthew Broderick pose together in a stunning black-and-white picture in the magazine. The couple have been married for 14 years this year, and by the look of their clearly happy, lovely, homely and fun family life, I bet they are in it for the long run! Such a sweet family!
