Only a few weeks have passed since Victoria Beckham gave birth to her fourth baby - and very first daughter - Harper Seven, but the fashionista mama is already back in her beloved heels. Posh looked every inch the yummy mummy as the Beckhams were spotted out for brunch in Hollowood, where she let daddy hold the baby while she strutted her already fab looking post-baby body around in some fierce looking Louboutins. It was reported last week that the pop-star-turned-designer would have to wear flats when she steps out at the upcoming New York Fashion week shortly, as she suffered a slipped disc while pregnant with baby Harper. But it looks like her ballerina flat days are well and truly over, and Posh is back where she belongs, high up on some truly fabulous killer heels!
