... is what we in Norway call Shrove Tuesday - and celebrate on the Sunday before just to make it extra confusing. But the idea of utter indulgence before lent; AMAZING! (That is if you are into lent, which, to be honest, i am not really). But am I into yummy creamfilled buns and frothy lattes; you bet!
