Morning Yoga For Mummy And Baby!






As a die-hard yoga addict, I NEED to get my daily dose, or I just don't feel like myself. And there is nothing better in the morning than to get down on the floor (I borrow Nahla's playmat!) and just do my standard yoga poses. Sometimes Nahla joins in, and other times she just looks at me like I'm a nutcase and gets back to her own playing/crawling/breaking stuff. Mummy and Baby Yoga however is a great way for new mums to get back in shape post baby, it is gentle for your body, it can be done anytime and anywhere and it can be a fun activity to do with your baby. There are lots of information online, videos available from Amazon or, like here, a spread in a magazine outlining some basic moves. Go on, you'll feel AMAZING!
